The Work-Life Balance program is a 3-stage virtual program designed for expecting parents. It focuses on providing holistic support at three important stages: Pregnancy, Parental Leave, and Returning to Work.
The goal of the program is to increase parent confidence and work-life balance with expert and peer support.
Nine months seems like a long time, but it turns out that pregnancy can go quickly. Expecting parents have a lot on their plate but not a lot of time to do it. Comprehensive support is needed to ease stress and increase comfort and focus.
Parental leave (maternity or paternity) is an extra special time, but it's also a complicated time for parents. There's a lot to learn in this stage and groups will focus on addressing common challenges and building parent confidence.
It's not easy, but parents can have work-life balance when they return to work. This stage of the program brings together diverse experts to help parents address their needs as parents and professionals.
Participants will be organized into small groups that will stay connected through a virtual classroom and group sessions. The program will address common issues and challenges at each stage and build parent confidence, happiness, and satisfaction over time with the help of experts and peer support.
